We vet our suppliers, so you don’t have to, and we hold them to accountable for any potential warranty on your behalf. This means that if something needs to be addressed, you only have one phone call to make.
At the end of each build we complete a full walk-through. Any items that need attention are noted and taken care of. Each of our full-service, Licensed Build home projects comes with a 2, 5 and 10 warranty in accordance with the Homeowner Protection Act of BC. The warranty is attached to the home, not the owner. Therefore, it remains in effect even until the coverage expires no matter who the owner is.
