Factory Home Packages
AJIA’s Factory Home Packages are ideal for customers that are Certified Owner Builders. Designing and ordering from a factory accomplishes the most technically challenging parts of the home build and assists the Owner Builder with submitting permit ready, engineer stamped plans. This includes foundation plans, selection of all exterior materials and accounts for up to 30% of the complete build. Owner Builders can then coordinate the assembly, and project manage all sub trades to bring their home to a complete finish. All Factory Packages come with a 10 year limited warranty on factory materials as well as all AJIA suppliers such as windows, doors and roof are back with lifetime manufacture’s warranties.
