With the exciting part of designing, and the necessary budgeting complete, the next step is for our Project Management team to collaborate with the municipalities or city zoning to ensure proper compliance. They will then convert the design drawings into production drawings so that we can start your home prefabrication.
The process of building your prefabricated house begins in our 20,000 square foot indoor Canadian manufacturing facility, right here in North Vancouver. Our Production Manager and master craftsmen with his team, use Canadian lumber and timbers to build the panelized sections of your home to meet the specifications of your plans.
All of the materials required to complete the exterior of the home; windows, siding, fascia, soffit, roofing, doors and other elements that have been chosen by you the customer, are all included in the price and are pre-ordered so they are ready to fit into the finished panels.
At the end of step three, the finished panels are wrapped and packed flat before they are shipped to the building site complete with instructions for assembly by either your builder, or within our service area, our competent Ajia Licensed Build crew.
