You Can Build It
All of our prefabricated AJIA Packages come with labelled panels and instructions to ensure that any experienced carpenter should be able to easily manage the build. AJIA prefab home packages include; detailed 3D framing assembly instructions and panel key, joist, rafter and beam layouts, and hardware, window and door schedules. We also include a manifest with crate and bundle numbers showing content details for each. Panels are bundled according to build-sequence, so you don’t have dig into multiple bundles to find the next panel that you need. All this allows us to ship with confidence to other countries or even continents, for assembly by others. Each of our packages comes with everything you need to build your project from the foundation up to the lock-up stage with a fully finished exterior.
Or, We Can Build It
That said, most of our local customers choose to use our AJIA full-service Canadian Licensed Home Build team to bringing their project to a ‘turn-key’ finish. Our trained and experienced site crews supervised by a dedicated project manager, will be responsible for not only setting up the package, but will also manage all interior mechanics and finishes until it’s complete and move-in ready.
AJIA Licensed Build service includes; Design, Engineering, Permit, Plans, Budgeting, Site Preparation, Foundation, and Full Construction of interior and exterior to a move in ready finish, plus the 2, 5 & 10 Home Warranty Program. In short, everything from start to finish. Just add your furniture and move in at the end.
