The structure’s design is anchored by an expansive stone terrace that provides a seamless transition from the interior living spaces to the outdoor environment, emphasizing a strong connection to the beachfront setting. Large, dark-framed glazing throughout the home draws in natural light while framing exterior views, highlighting a sophisticated approach to material juxtaposition and contemporary residential design.
