by Norm Morrison

AJIA began when he returned to North Vancouver after building homes in Japan. Encouraged by his Japanese clients, Norm developed a method to pre-fabricate home packages using Canadian lumber and ship them overseas, creating AJIA (meaning "Asia" in Japanese).

By 2000, AJIA began offering custom prefabricated homes across Canada and the U.S. In 2012, the company became a fully licensed home builder, offering complete design-to-turnkey services.

Today, AJIA builds high-quality, customizable prefab homes in BC’s most remote locations and ships globally. Rooted locally, with a global reach, we continue to deliver homes that combine quality, efficiency, and design.
